AIR MAIL TRAFFIC
A RAPID INCREASE METHOD OF FIXING CHARGES. LONDON, November 29. In the House of Commons Sir Ernest Bennett informed Mr O. E. Simmonda that in view of the rapid increase in air mail traffic he could not agree that varying rates restricted the use of air mails. It was impracticable to adopt uniform rates because the charges were fixed in relation to the costs of conveyance.
