DEMONSTRATION AT FUNERAL “EGYPT FOR THE EGYPTIANS.” LONDON, November 30. (Received Dec. 1, at 1.30 a.m.) A Cairo message states that 22,000 people followed the funeral cortege of the two airmen who were killed near Rouen, and converted it into a political demonstration. There were many shouts of “Long live the Wafd! ” and “Egypt for the, Egyptians.” The police prevented violence. An aeroplane belonging to a squadron of 10 built in England for the Egyptian Air Force crashed in a ravine near Rouen and caught fire. The Egyptian occupants were incinerated, and two other machines were forced to land. The planes were going to Cairo.
