THE WEATHER
Variable weather was experienced in Dunedin yesterday. Heavy rain fell in the morning, but the afternoon was fine, with bright sunshine. A moderate southerly breeze was blowing. The barometer was fairly steady all day at SO.lOin. REPORTS FROM NORTHERN CENTRES. (Special to Daily Times.) AUCKLAND, November 27. - There was a continuation of the light nortlx-east wind and very hot weather today. The barometer is falling slightly. WELLINGTON, November 27, _ Wellington’s weather to-day was warm and fair, with considerable cloudiness at times. The maximum temperature was 67.6 degrees. CHRISTCHURCH, November 27. The weather was overcast and threatening to-day. A stiff south-west wind was blowing and a few drops of rain fell about noon. The barometer rose during the day and registered 30.05 in this evening. The maximum temperature was 62 degrees.
