THE SHARE MARKET DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE The sale was reported on the Dunedin Stock Exchange on Saturday of a parcel of National Insurances at 18s lOd. A later buying offer of 18s 9d did not prove attractive to sellers. Southland Frozen Meats (cont.) were reported to have been sold at £1 Us 6d. The final quotations on Saturday morning were 6d on either side of that,figure. Bank of New Zealands, it was reported, had changed bands at £2 7s 4d. When the market closed a seller’s offer to do business at £2 7a 6d was not taken Up. Stock (1949) was reported to have been sold at £IOO 17s 6d, and later there was a buyer willing to do further business at £IOO 15s, but no seller was forward. After the last call a sale was reported of Waitahus at 6e 2d. The final quotations on Change were 6s Id (buyers) and 6e 3d (sellers). SALES REPORTED. f «. d.
