CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM LONDON, November 24. (Received Nov. 25, at 5.5 p.m.) In the House of Commons, Captain Margesson, chief Government Whip moved a resolution relative to the appointment, constitution, and powers of a joint committee on Indian constitutional reform, the members appointed to represent the House of Commons being: Major C. R. Atlee (Lab.), Mr R. A. Butler (Con.), Major the Hon. E. Cadogan (Con.), Sir Austin Chamberlain (Con.), Mr F. Seymour Cocks (Lab.), Sir R. Craddock (Con.), Mr J. C. C. Davidson (Con.), Mr Isaac Koot (Lab.), Sir Samuel Hoare (Con.), Mr Morgan Jones (Lab.), Colonel Sir J. Nall (Con.), Lord E. Rercy (Con.), Hon. Mary Pickford (Con.), Sir John Simon Major J. Milne (Lab.), and Earl Wintcrton (Con.). The resolution was carried.
