ISSUE OF COUPONS TO CEASE (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, November 1. (Received Nov. 2, at 5.5 p.m.) The Tobacco Trade Association, representing the manufacturers and distributive organisations in the tobacco trade in the United Kingdom, announce that it has been decided by all sections of the association that the issue by manufacturers of coupons, certificates, vouchers, miniature cards, • packets or similar things which have an exchangeable value will be discontinued after December 31.
