NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the Association will be held at the Rooms of the Canterbury Automobile Association, 151 Worcester street, Christchurch, on TUESDAY, the 14th day of November, 1935’, at the hour of 7.15 o’clock p.m. for the transaction of the following Business, namely, considering and if approved passing the following Special Resolution; — THAT the Articles of Association of the Association be amended by inserting the following additional regulation: “6. (a) In the interpretation of these Articles no contract of Insurance now or hereafter entered into by the Association under and in pursuance of ‘The Motor Vehicles Insurance (Third Party Risks) Act, 1928,’ whether with a member or non-member of the Association and no acknowledgment or record of such Contract issued by the Association shall be deemed to be a Policy of Insurance within the meaning of these Articles and no person shall by reason of such contract be deemed or construed to be a Policy Holder within the meaning of these Articles or a member of the Association.” AND NOTICE IS HEREBY ALSO GIVEN that a further Extraordinary General Meeting of the Association will be held at the rooms of the Canterbury Automobile Association, 151 Worcester street, Christchurch, on WEDNESDAY, the 29th day of November, 1933, at the hour of 7.30 o’clock p.m., when the said Special Resolution will if passed by the reqflisite majority at the Meeting to be held on the 14th day of November, 1933, be Submitted for Confirmation as a Special Resolution. Should the said Resolution not be passed by the requisite majority at the Meeting to be held on the 14th day of November, 1933, due notice will be given to the members that the Meeting on the 29th day of November, 1933, of which notice,is now given, will not be held.
