CIRCULATED IN LITHUANIA POSTAL DIRECTOR ARRESTED. KOVNO, October 31. Adolf Sruoga, Lithuanian postal director, together with a subordinate, was arrested on a charge of committing stamp forgeries, amounting to £600,000, by means of the circulation of false stamps. A third suspect committed suicide. , I
