HALLOWE’EN FAIR

The Y.W.C.A. Hallowe’en Fair was brought to a conclusion by a programme provided bv the Scottish Society under the management of Mr Minnock. Towards the close of the evening selling was brisk as stallholders pressed their wares. An amusing interlude was occasioned by the appearance of a number of well-known association members disguised as ghosts, the prize for this competition being won by Miss Lulu Robinson, At the conclusion the takings totalled £ll2, and .the net proceeds will approximate £lO5.
