EMPIRE BROADCASTING ; LONDON, October 18. Beginning in June, the Daventry wireless station will be entirely devoted to Empire broadcasting. This will enable large-scale experiments. The officials or the British Broadcasting Corporation say it is hoped that this change will result in a big development of short waves. It is expected that the Droitwlch super-power station will replace Dav entry as the principal United Kingdom long-wave transmitter.
