WOOL NEGOTIATIONS FINALLY ABANDONED (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) TOKIO, October 30. (Received Oct. 31, at 9 p.m.) It is reliably stated that the Uruguayan wool negotiations have been abandoned owing to the excessive price asked. The mission will urge a frozen meat arrangement, but trade conditions are unsatisfactory in Japan.
