All those who covet the ability to address an audience fluently and well will have an opportunity of hearing an exposition of public speaking to-morrow evening in the Town Hall at Dunedin, when Sir Frank Milner will give an address on “The Japanese Question in the Light of the Banff Conference.” With a speak* of such international reputation, dealing with a subject on which he is an authority and which is of public interest and importance, the New Zealand Legion is assured of a large and appreciative audience.
