DROWNED IN BOAT HARBOUR

(Pee United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, October 30, Frank Eldon Grinlinton, a grocer, of 89 Brougham street, was found drowned in the boat harbour at daybreak yesterday. Efforts made to resuscitate him failed. Grinlinton, a returned soldier, was 45 years old, and married, with four children.
