Possessing a comprehensive knowledge of world problems of to-day, Mr Milner by

his lucid explanations, his unexcelled flow of rhetoric, and his dynamic personality is assured of an appreciative reception wherever he takes the platform. Mr Milner was persuaded to speak in Dunedin by the Otago Division of the New Zealand Legion in furtherance of the legion’s object of giving the public food for thought on matters of national importance. The subject will be “The Japanese Question, in Light of the Banff Conference.” . r
