RETURNED SOLDIERS’ ASSOCIATION
MEETING OF EXECUTIVE.
A meeting of the executive of the Dunedin Returned Soldiers’ Association was held last night, when the president (Mr A. J. Gordon) presided over a' good attendance of Inembers. The nomination of 15 new members and the transfer outwards of three members were approved. _ It was reported that Dunedin was still leading in the membership campaign with Christchurch, the latest figures being:— Dunedin 1717, Christchurch 1558.—The chairman said the satisfactory condition of the membership was due in considerable measure, no doubt, to the campaign that was being carried out in the city and suburbs, and he thought that further good results would be shown. „ The secretary (Mr 0.
