GRAND HOTEL

THE JUBILEE BALL. All arrangements in connection with the Grand Hotel Jubilee Ball, which is to.be held in the :Concert Chamber of the Town Hall this evening, have been completed. The decorations are distinctly novel and-will be! sure to receive the acclaim of .the guests. M'Beath's Savoy Orchestra will provide the music and the programme of dances will be in the capable hands ,of Mr J. Kilmartin, whose capabilities in that respect, are well known. There will be two sittings at supper, and' patrons are assured that this part of the programme will leave nothing to be desired. The Grand Hotel chef and staff will be associated with the caterer (Mr G. Ellison). Tickets are still available and may be obtained cither at the Grand Hotel guest office or at the Concert Chamber this evening. Apart from the. jubilee celebration, the object is a worthy one, for the total cost is being defrayed by the management of the Grand Hotel, leaving-the total receipts from the sale of tickets to be handed over to the Mayor's Unemployment, Relief Fund. -.
