(Received September 24, at 7 p.m.) The Financial News, reviewing New Zealand's prospects, says: "In spite of many difficulties still existing it seems certain that the worst of the crisis has passed. The exports and the general trade outlok are extremely good. Mr Coates should not have a difficult task, if he comes to London, to negotiate for loan conversion.
