The motor vessel Port Walkato, which arrived on Saturday morning from Bluff, sailed in the evening for Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington to complete loading for Tauranga, Auckland and Whangarel. The Opihl Is due at Dunedin this morning from New Plymouth to load general cargo. She is to sail to-night for Wellington, Nelson, and New Plymouth, via ports. The Port Denlson is to leave London on October 17 with cargo for Australian ports. She will load Homeward in New Zealand in December. The Union Company advises that the Titokt la due at Dunedin this morning from Wellington to discharge and load general cargo. She Is timed to sail to-morrow for Napier, Glsborne, and Tauranga, via ports. The Holmdale Is due here this morning from Wellington, and will dock at Port Chalmers to undergo overhaul. She will load at Dunedin on Friday for Wellington, Plcton and Wanganul. The Gale has been fixed to load at Dunedin on Thursday for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington end Wanganul. The Walpiata left Auckland on Friday for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff. She is due here on Wednesday. The motor vessel Foxton has been fixed to load at Dunedin on Saturday for Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington. The Orient liner Ormonde arrived at Fremantle on September 19 from London. She Is due at Sydney on Wednesday. The tanker Scalarla; with motor spirit for the Shell Company, is reported to have left Singapore about September 1 for Auckland and Wellington. She is due at Auckland on October 6. The Mamari, at present loading at Wellington, is expected to leave that port to-morrow for Napier, Glsborne, and Auckland. She will sail from Auckland for London, via Cape Horn, on October 4. The Kallngo, en route from Adelaide, left Melbourne on September 19 for Auckland. Wellington and New Plymouth. She is due at Auckland early this week. From New Plymouth the vessel will proceed to- Sydney, via Greymouth and Westport. WIRELESS FROM REMUERA. A wireless message receivojji by the New Zealand Shipping Company frcjp the captain of the Remuera states that tha vessel is expected to arrive at Auckland at 7 H a.m. on Saturday next from London. The Remuera is bringing passengers and malls for New Zealand, and cargo for discharge at Auckland and Wellington. ARRIVALS AT LONDON. The Port Dunedin, which left Napier on August 11, arrived at London on September 19. The Port Hobart, which left Wellington on August 12, also arrived at London on September 19. ~ CARGO FROM MONTREAL. The Canadian Challenger was to leave Montreal on September 22 for Australia, Dunedin and structor. Murphy; second Mr A. E. Weller; third, Mr G. Kavanagh; fourth, Mr W. E. Banks; chief engineer, Mr A. Cunningham. NEW ORIENT AND P. AND 0. LINERS. It Is considered probable that new ships will be ordered by the Orient and the P. and 0. Lines, says the Sydney Shipping List. It is believed that the Orient Line is considering the replacement of the Orsova, and the contract is expected to be given to Vickers' Armstrong, Ltd. The P. and 0. is likely to order new ships next year, probably to replace the pre-war liners Mantua and Kalser-I-Hind. Exceptionally low prices at present prevailing in the shipyards is a governing factor In the suggested additions to fleets.
