paying now for the 20 years of Liberal Government, which was put in office by the block vote of the Labour Party. The big towns had to return three or four members together, and the block vote did the trick, but when the city constituencies were spilt up into wards it was different. It is a very easy thing to be liberal with the taxpayers' money.—l am, etc., Farmer.
