SPECIAL EXCURSION TICKETS will be issued to OAMARU from Timaru-Waimate-Kurow-Palmerston and intermediate stations on direct route by trains arriving Oamaru up to 11.43 a.m. on September 30, also from Dunedin, Ravensbourne. Port Chalmers Upper, Waitati, Seacliff, and Waikouaiti by special pas : seuger train (Dunedin depart 8.35 a.in., September 30) all available for return up to and including Monday, October 2, 1933. On September 30 Special Passenger train stopping at Ravensbourue, Port Chalmers Upper, Waitati, Seacliff, Waikouaiti, Palmerston and Hampden only to pick up passengers for Oamaru, leaves Dunedin 8.35 a.m., Seacliff 9.43, Palmerston 10.27, arriving Oamaru 11.43 a.m. Return train leaves Oamaru 5.49 p.m., Palmerston 7.11, arriving Dunedin 8.57 p.m. Special train for Racecourse leaves Oamaru 11.55 a.m., returns leaving racecourse at 5.10 p.m. Return fare Is. These tickets will be obtainable on 8.35 a.m. train from Dunedin after leaving Palmerston. Ordinary tickets will not be available by special trains between Oamaru and Racecourse. The Ngapara and Tokarahi road motor bufees will be delayed to leave Oamaru at 5.30 p.m. Train usually leaving Oamaru for Palmerston at 4.25 p.m. will not leave till 5.58 p.m. Should races be postponed special trains will NOT run.
