STATES RATIFY AMENDMENT

IDAHO AND NEW MEXICO.

On the basis of incomplete returns Idaho and New Mexico to-day became the thirtieth and thirty-first States respectively to ratify the prohibition repeal amendment, the “ wets ’’ gaining substantial majorities in both cases.
