AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP. The secretary of the Returned Soldiers’ Association has received advice that in the first round of the New Zealand Amateor Billiards Championship, which will bo commenced in Christchurch on Saturday, Bowie (Otago) has been drawn to play Humphries on Monday evening, Stewart (Otago) to play Kett on Tuesday afternoon, and Mason (Otago) to play M’Lcan on Tuesday evening.
