MINIATURE RIFLE SHOOTING

On Tuesday night the Citizens’ No. 1 team met L.N.R. No. 2 team at the Drill Hall, and fired the last match of the series in the B Grade. The Citizens’ team put up the record shoot of 543. This is the best shoot by a B team for the 1933 season. After the match the ladies supplied the visiting team with supper. The scores were as follows: Citizens. —C. Gillan 80, S. Smith 79, J. Bevin 78, L. Taylor 77, R. Mason 77, A. Bowman 76, R, Bowie 76;—total, 343. L.N.R. No. 2.—Miss S. MTadden 76, Miss M, Mntheson 72, Miss N. Tyrio 71, Miss J. Cook 70, Miss M. Bradley 68, Miss N. Knowles 68, Miss R. Hamel 60;—total, 485.
