MID-AIR COLLISION

JAPANESE ARMY PLANES TWO OFFICERS KILLED. TOKIO, September 18. (Received Sept. 19, at 8 p.m.) Two army aeroplanes which were practising night flying at Shidzuoka collided and crashed. A lieutenant and a ser-geant-major were killed.
