THE INSURANCE FUND AVERAGE WEEKLY SURPLUS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 18. (Received Sept. 19, at 5.5 p.m.) For three months the Unemployment Insurance Fund has shown an average surplus of £200,000 a week for the first time since 1922.
