PROPOSED AMENDMENTS. (Per United Press Association.) BLENHEIM, September 19. At the request of the Country Racing Clubs’ Association, Mr E. F. Healy, M.P., will sponsor this session a Gaining Amendment Bill which proposes to legalise telegraphic betting, the publication of dividends, and the use of the doubles totalisator.
