MARKETS IN INDIA DELEGATION AT CALCUTTA. CALCUTTA, September 14. The members of the Japanese trade delegation to India, headed by his Excellency Setsuzo Sawada, Minister Plenipotentiary, arrived at Calcutta and received a very cordial reception from the Japanese community. They are now en route to Simla to begin discussions on the trade Avar and dumping.
