Herbert; postal branches, Messrs L. R. S. Bruce and A. A. E. Fredrie; telegraph, Messrs J. T. Rutherford and St. J. Dunne; engineers, Mr P. H. Mason; stores, garage, and workshops, Mr V. B. Cade; general division, Mr J. D. Magee; postmasters, Mr J. B. Purcell.
