CLAUSES IN THE CONCORDAT STIPULATION ABOUT JEWS. LONDON, September 12. The British United Press Vatican City correspondent says that Germany, besides ratifying the concordat, pledged herself to carry out the Papal memorandum insisting on no racial discrimination against Jews who are baptised into Christianity. The memorandum also demands that Jews be treated with humanity in accordance with the principles of Christian charity.
