THE “NEW REVEILLE”

The “ New Reveille,” Dunedin’s big production by 200 selected performers, which is being professionally produced by Mr W. Lints for the Plunket Society, is creating a great deal of interest. The box plans for the season will be open at the D.I.C. to-morrow morning. Mr Lints carried £I2OO worth of scenery, wardrobe properties, and electrical effects for the “ New Reveille.” There arc 58 different attractions, features, and specialties, 26 song items, and all are supported by full choruses and dances; eight distinctive ballets, 10 sketches, and clever comedy numbers will be seen. The opening scene introduces a novel item by ICO performers, while the final scene is a stage spectacle with 180 performers. In the “ New Reveille ” there is no plot, no padding, and no waste time. It is just one brilliant scene after the other ih amazing rapidity.
