MINIATURE RIFLE SHOOTING
On Monday evening a very interesting match was shot between C.F.H. No. 1 team and Citizens’ No. 1 at the C.F.H, range, the shooting being of a high standard, C.F.H. winning by 4 points. The scores are:—
C.F.H.—G. Turner 79, H. Millard 78, G. Begbie 78, D. A. Gain 78, A. B. Cox 77. E. Murphy 76, J. O’Connell 75. Total, 541.
Citizens. —L. Taylor 79, R. Mason 78, R, Bowie 77, A. Bowman 77, S. Smith 77. J. Bevin 76, C. Gillan 73. Total, 537.
The C.F.H, No. 2 team met L.N.R. No. 2 at the Drill Hall, the results being:— C.F.H.- —Miss H. Fulcher 76, G. Sanderson 74, Miss A. Fraser 73, J. Fraser 73, W, Campbell 72, Miss M. M'Lean 70. H. Peggie 65. Total, 503. L.N.R.—Miss Tyrie 76, Miss Cook 73, Miss Hamel 71, Miss Campbell 71, Miss M'Fadyen 70, Miss Bradley 71, Miss Mathieson 08. Total, 500.
