REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE LATEST TREASURY RETURNS (British Official Wireless.) (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) RUGBY, September 5. (Received Sept. C, at 5.5 p.m.) The latest Treasury returns show that the ordinary revenue for the current financial year, up to September 2, amounted to £241,157,045, compared with £235,234,700 last year. The ordinary expenditure to date was £280,554,016, or about £32,000,000 less than last year.
