GERMAN TERRORISM
LABOUR’S CONDEMNATION BOYCOTT OF GOODS FAVOURED. BRUSSELS, August 3. (Received August 4, at 10 p.m.) The Trades Union Congress ended aggressively with a unanimous resolution in favour of an immediate boycott of German goods. The congress vehemently condemned German terrorism against Socialism, trades unionism, Jews, and pacifists.
