Mr Walter J. Dodge, of Portland 1 * Oregon, and his brother,. Mr George S.. Dodge, of Montebello, California, have been playing each other at chess by post for more than 10 years. The first game lasted four years. Each has won a game, and they are now playing the third and final game of the series.
