British M.P.’s spend altogether £500,000 in their constituencies, of which they receive £300,000 a year, including salaries and free railway tickets. As to the export bonuses it is provided that they be not payable if the average price of wool exceeds 9d; of buttcrfat, 12d; or of pork, Gd.
