Light rain fell in Dunedin yesterday, following a fairly long spell of fine weather and heavy frosts. A light northerly breeze was blowing. The barometer is falling, after being exceptionally high for several days, and registered 30.00 last evening, CONDITIONS IN THE NORTH. (Special to Daily Times.) AUCKLAND, July 13. The sky was practically cloudless for the greater part of the day, and there was hardly any wind. The barometer fell slightly, but remained above normal. WELLINGTON, July 13. Dull but fine weather prevailed to-day. There was a light northerly breeze, and the evening was overcast but mild. CHRISTCHURCH, July 13. The weather to-day was dull with a warm breeze from N.N.E. The maximum temperature was 57 degrees. The barometer fell 20 points to 29.88 in.
