THE MODERATE SECTION PRESSURE ON MR GANDHI, CALCUTTA. July 1. It is understood that Mr Gandhi, under .pressure from the moderate section of the Congress, including Pandit Malaviya, who i£ urging the wiping out of civil disobedience, desires to go to Simla to interview the Viceroy. The Press says that the disobedience campaign must be called off as a preliminary to Mr Gandhi seeing Viscount Willingdon.
