A Vatican City message says that a concordat with the Hitler Government is virtually concluded. It consists of 32 points, 27 of which are understood to have been already initialled. It is intended that it should coincide with the signing of the FourPower Pact at Rome when the two will meet, and it is hoped will bury the hatchet and inaugurate the close co-oper-ation of Austria and Hungary under German and Italian protection.
