WOMAN VICTIM IDENTIFIED. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 3._ The woman found dead in a flat in Ohiro" road on Friday has been identified as Mrs Cecilia Smith, a widow, and the little boy found in the harbour as her son George Noel Smith, aged four. The police are continuing their investigations. George Janes, who was rescued from drowning in the harbour, is progressing satisfactorily.
