SOLICITOR CHARGED

ALLEGATION OF THEFT (Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, July 3. Huddaft Richard Sampson, a solicitor, was charged this morning with the theft on Slay 19 of £BSO, the .property of Alice Anti Womerslcy, and was remanded to July 11. The police said the total amount involved was about £I4OO, The accused had given himself up that morning, and there was no objection to bail. Bail was fixed in £2OO, nud one surety of £2OO.
