SOVIET TERRITORY REPLY TO JAPANESE PRESS. LONDON, July L (Received July 2, at 8 p.m.) The Guardian’s Moscow correspondent says there is considerable agitation over the Japanese press suggestions that the Soviet might sell not only the Chinese Eastern Railway, but also Vladivostok and the maritime province of Sakhalin. The Isvestia declares that Soviet territory is not for sale, and suggests veiled pressure in an effort to lower the price of the Chinese Eastern railroad..
