HIGH QUALITY IN AUSTRALIA $ MR SLOAN MORPETH’S VIEWS. MELBOURNE, July 1. This statement arose out of a proposal to invite a team of British amateurs to Australia for the Melbourne centenary celebration. He added that he was convinced that British golfers did not realise the high quality of amateur golf in this country.
