PRINCE AS GOLFER

WINNER OF A HANDICAP LONDON, June 29. The Prince of Wales defeated Lady Astor in the final of the Parliamentary Golf Handicap, 2 and 1. The Prince conceded Lady Astor seven strokes. There was a large crowd of spectators, though the venue at Walton Heath had been kept a secret. The Prince putted badly and Lady Astor was two up at the eighth, but the Prince holed a long putt to take the lead at the fifteenth.
