THE FUTURE PROGRAMME SPECIAL MEETING TO DECIDE. CALCUTTA, June 28. (Received June 28, at 10.30 p.m.) The congress decided to meet at Poona on July 14 to consider the party's position and decide on its future programme and course of action in view of the pending reforms proposed by Mr Gandhi.
