THE WEATHER
The weather was foggy and unsettled in Dunedin yesterday, with a light easterly breeze. The maximum temperature was 42deg. The barometer fell slightly during the day, and registered 29.95 in last evening. REPORTS FROM NORTHERN . CENTRES. (Special to Daily Times.) AUCKLAND, June 28. Fine weather and light, variable wind but cloudy conditions prevailed to-day. The barometer rose slightly. WELLINGTON, June 28. There was a marked improvement in the weather to-day. Sunshine and pasSf ing clouds were accompanied by a light northerly breeze. The evening was calm and mild. CHRISTCHURCH, June 28. The weather to-day was dull and slightly foggy, with a -light shower of rain. The barometer fell from 29.89 in to »29.90 in. The maximum temperature was 43.9 and the minimum 32.1.
