THE DAVIS CUP CONTEST DRAW FOR EUROPEAN ZONE. PARIS, June 25. Under the new rule the draw for the European zone of the Davis Cup, 1931, has been made. Matches to the semifinal round must be played before September 9. Australia, Japan, Britain and Czechoslovakia as semi-finalists of 1933 are already among the last eight for 1934.
