The Wingatui sailed last evening for Timaru and Lyttelton to complete loading for Wellington and Auckland. The Calm sailed last evening for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui.

The Totara sailed last evening for Timaru and Lyttelton to complete loading for Wellington and New' Plymouth. The Holmdale sailed last evening for Oamaru, Timaru, and Lyttelton to complete loading for Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui. The Poolta, which arrived at Dunedin early yesterday morning from Wellington, is timed to sail at 11 a.m. to-day for Oamaru, Timaru, and Lyttelton to complete loading for Wellington, Napier, and Gisborne. Having discharge a quantity of general cargo from Liverpool and landed products, the Federal Line steamer Northumberland left Port Chalmers yesterday afternoon for Bluff to continue Homeward loading. The A. and A. Line’s chartered steamer City of Toklo, after discharging general cargo from American ports, sailed yesterday afternoon for Newcastle and Sydney to complete discharge.

The John Is due at Dunedin to-morrow from Wellington to load and sail the same day for New Plymouth and Port Waikato, via ports. The Union Company advises that the Kiwltea Is due here to-day from Timaru to discharge a quantity of coal. She will sail this evening for Bluff to complete discharge. . The Walplata was due to leave Wellington last night for Lyttelton and Dunedin. She is expected to reach this port to-morrow, and will sail that day for Bluff. The vessel will return on Saturday to load for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland. The Oplhl is scheduled to clear Wellington to-night for Dunedin direct. She will arrive here on Thursday to load for Wellington, Nelson, and New Plymouth, via Oamaru, Timaru, and -Lyttelton. v The Orepukl, which Is due to leave Wellington on Friday for Dunedin, is expected here on Sunday, and will load and sail on Monday for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Napier, and Gisborne.

The Waimarlno Is expected to leave Auckland on Thursday for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Oamaru. She, is duo here on June 21, and will sail on June 24 for Oamaru, Tlmaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland. The Gale la due at Dunedin to-morrow from Wellington to load and sail the same day for Tlmaru, Lyttelton. Wellington, and Wanganui. The Federal Line steamer Middlesex, which left Auckland for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool, and Glasgow on April 12, is reported to have arrived at Manchester on June 5. The ex-Unlon Company’s steamer Waltomo came out of dock at Auckland on June 7 and berthed at the Western Viaduct to continue her overhaul and survey preparatory to sailing for Australia to load for Eastern ports. The tanker Brunswick, which had been anchored In Auckland Harbour awaiting orders, left there last Friday for Los Angeles to load another cargo of bulk petrol. The Wlrral, which has been discharging New York and Gulf of Mexico cargo, arrived at Wanganui on Friday from Dunedin, after having been held up a day outside by bad weather. She 1s to sail to-day for NewThe tanker Pulpit Point, en route from San Francisco, has reported by wireless that she expects to arrive at Wellington to-morrow. She will complete discharge at Lyttelton. PORT DUNEDIN LEAVES LONDON. Cable advice received states that the Commonwealth and Dominion Lino, motor ship Port Dunedin left London on June 9 for Suva, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She Is due at Lyttelton about July 24, and at Dunedin about July 27. THE CANADIAN CHALLENGER. Messrs H. L. Tapley and Co. advise that, provided sufficient Inducement Is offered, the Canadian Challenger, en route from Montreal, will call at Dunedin. She will probably arrive here on June 28, and her remaining ports will then be Oamaru, Timaru, and Lyttelton. She will sail finally from Lyttelton for New York on July 3. TANKER, NEW ZEALAND. An arrival at Auckland on Saturday was the tanker New Zealand with a cargo of bulk petrol ifrom San Pecjro for the Texls Oil Company. The cargo Is for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Melbourne, and Sydney. OTAKI LEAVES LAS PALMAS. The Otakl, which left Wanganui roadstead on April 29 for London, sailed from Las Palmas on June 8. NORFOLK LEAVES MONTEVIDEO. The Norfolk, which left AucklaifiS on May 19 for London, sailed from Montevideo In the morning of June 9. • WIRELESS FROM lONIC. The lonic,, which left Wellington on June 8 for Southampton, has -reported that she experienced south-westerly weather, after leaving port, but that conditions are now fine. All are well on board. MAHANA AT LONDON. The Mahana, which left Wanganui roadstead on April 24 for London, via Hook of Holland, arrived at London on the morning of June 8. THE SIR KARL KNUDSEN. The tanker Sir Karl Knudsen left Singapore on June 2 for New Zealand ports, of which Wellington will be the first. She Is due at Wellington on June 20. ' CARGO FROM NEW YORK. The Commonwealth and Dominion Line motor ship Port Fremantle is scheduled to leave New York on July 22 for Auckland, Wellington, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and ■ Adelaide. MAIMOA FROM LONDON. Advice has been received by the National Mortgage and Agency Company that the Malraoa, from London, via Suva. Is expected to reach Dunedin on Friday. TAMAROA FROM LYTTELTON. The National Mortgage and Agency Company advises that the Tamaroa Is now expected to leave Lyttelton at noon to-morrow for Port Chalmers, where she is due on Thursday morning to load products for London. THE STEAMER DALCROY. The steamer Dalcroy was expected to complete unloading her raw sugar cargo at Auckland on Saturday. Afterwards a survey of the vessel will be made to ascertain what damage was done to the hull when the vessel stranded on Dove Island, near the Queensland coast, during her voyage from Java Jo Auckland. The cargo already unloaded from the vessel is all dry, and as far as can be seen at present no water has entered the holds. When the Dalcroy Is ready for sea she is to proceed to Australia to load a wheat cargo for Europe. PERSONAL ITEMS. Captain J. G. Watson, who has been on sick leave In Wellington, has resumed command of the Waikouattl, relieving Captain J. Rankine, who is waiting instructions at Wellington. Mr A. T. Adams has rejoined the Marama as chief officer, relieving Mr C. C. Waters, who Is returning to Auckland for further orders. Mr E. J. Deed joined the Narbada as second officer recently at Newcastle, and Mr B. F. Fisher, of that vessel, has returned to Auckland for holidays. .. . Mr T. Melville has joined the Kartlgl as chief engineer, relieving Mr Ewan for private leave.
