THE “WALLABIES”

SOUTH AFRICAN TOUR DEFEAT AT JOHANNESBURG. JOHANNESBURG, Jm e 10. (Received June 11, at 7.30 p.m.) The Johannesburg Reef and Country team defeated the “ Wallabies ” by 13 points to 6. The weather was bright and cold, and 20,000 persons were present. The Wallabies exploited the tactics of their previous matches, and the play was hard, gruelling and not spectacular. The home team wore down the Wallabies in the concluding stages. The latter launched several attacks in their efforts to save the game, but mishandling in a critical movement ruined their chances.
