PUBLICATION Containing a vast amount of information, of especial use to the business community, as well as to the general public, Messrs Stone, Sou, anti Co.’s 1933 directory for Canterbury, Nelson, Marlborough, and Westland, a copy of which is to hand through the courtesy of the publishers, fully maintains the high standard set by tins firm’s publications. As well us an alphabetical directory, there are street directories of the main towns' in cadi province, people living in the country districts being clearly classified under their places of residence. Much valuable information, such as the personnels of the various local authorities and the addresses of the secretaries of clubs and societies, are also given, and in addition there are included, official, judicial, professional, ecclesiastical, and educational directories. Of particular interest to business folk are extracts from various statutes, and a veritable mine of statistical information. both useful and informative. The final section of the volume is devoted to a comprehensive table of the Customs tariffs.
