CAPPING PROCESSION

BODICE BAN IN WELLINGTON. (Pee United Pbess Association.) WELLINGTON, April 28. In spite of the fact that the Wellington City Council gave permission to the Victoria University College students to conduct a capping procession through the city streets on May 5 the police have not granted similar permission.. It is stated that the police object to any procession in the city and there is little likelihood of the students taking part in their usual frolics.
